Forster (Mr. Andrews), Walter de la Mare (The Old House and The Ruined Walls) and John Drinkwater (Roundels of the Year). The first volume also contains A Fairy Story by Katherina [sic] Mansfield; the story's appearance here precedes the publication of her first collection In A German Pension (1911).

This set belonged to George Goschen, 2nd Viscount Goschen [1866-1952], and carry his dated (1913) ownership signatures. Goschen served as MP for East Grinstead from 1895 to 1906, was appointed Governor of Madras in 1924, and was Viceroy of India from 1929 to 1931.

A well preserved set, with a distinguished lineage.
